Pixar is by far one of my favourite production companies. I had previously created a list similar, though it needed updating and mixing around a little! After the release of Inside Out, the ideal thing to do was to rank all the old ones. This ranking is NOT worst to best, but my least favourite to most favourite.
So, without further ado, here are my favourite Pixar hits!
15. Cars 2 (2011) – The one and only Pixar film I did not like. I will leave that there…
14. Up (2009) – At the time of release, I was in the minority that didn’t join the Up ‘hype’. In fact, the first time I saw it was in 2013. It was a good film, nothing more, nothing less.
13. Wall-E (2008) – Again, not a favourite, but nonetheless, a great film with stunning graphics! I think due to the fact so many of my friends were obsessed by this film, I took a step back from it.
12. Finding Nemo (2003) – While it may sit up in the top five for the majority of minds, it wasn’t quite a personal favourite. Doesn’t mean I couldn’t fault it. Ellen Degeneres especially brought Dory to life with her bubbly persona.
11. Ratatouille (2007) – A well-planned narrative, smart voice acting, well designed characters and relationships between human and animal, with great direction, this film is definitely worth a watch. Not to mention, it will make you very hungry.
10. Cars (2006) – Cars never exhausts humour and excitement.
9. Brave (2012) – Undeniably much darker than the majority of Pixar films. A touching story for all ages to enjoy. Thought it doesn’t quite make a classic in my eyes, (compared to Toy Story and Monsters Inc) but is still a memorable watch.

8. Toy Story 3 (2010) – One of the best trilogies of all time. It’s not often you find a third in a franchise which matches up to the first and second. Plus, new toys!
7. A Bug’s Life (1998) – The animation is wonderful; so wonderful that I actually forgot the bugs were simply creatures of animation…This is the one film I need to re-watch, as I can’t quite remember it scene for scene.
6. Inside Out (2015) – It’s fresh material, fun, and surprisingly deep. And as an audience, I assure you, you will end up feeling each of the emotions in just 94 minutes. A very intelligent film that allows you to dig as deep into it as you would like.

5. Monsters University (2013) – This sequel made me laugh and also brought a few tears to my eyes. But more than anything, it reminds you that the little things in life are the best things, which we so often tend to forget.
4. The Incredibles (2004) – The animation is fabulous, probably the best I’ve seen. Unless you are fundamentally opposed to animation, this is a must see.
3. Toy Story 2 (1999) – Simply as outstanding as the original. More toys, more narrative, more fun!
2. Monsters Inc (2001) – Along with Toy Story, I grew up with this film and it will always be one of my all-time favourites. Loveable characters, witty humour, and an endearing storyline. I cannot recommend this film enough!
1. Toy Story (1995) – Truly the best film of it’s kind. I’ve seen this endless times, yet still not tired of it. A real treasure!

I would go with Toy Story 3 number mainly because of the final scene gets me much like American Pie 2 did with the finally growing up into an adult knowing things will change.

Up has been my favourite Pixar film ever since it came out, and honestly I think it gets better and better as I get older. Inside Out has also become one of my favourites, though I’ve only seen it once so far.

Haven’t seen Cars 2 & unless I catch it on TV who know’s when that’ll happen & I should’ve seen Inside Out by now, but priorities.

Ratatouille only 11th?!?! Haha I haven’t seen a lot of these films in ages so I can’t really rank them except for the fact that Ratatouille would definitely be my number 1. I know most people don’t love it THAT much but I do!

Great to see ‘A Bug’s Life’ on there. I remember going to the cinema to see that with my dad. It was released around the same time as another ant-related film but I can’t remember what that was now.
I’m still yet to see ‘Monsters Inc’. I really must get around to doing that!

I mostly agree with your list but A Bug’s Life is definitely my favourite – and I was obsessed with the PS1 game too.
